Absolutely - Yes!!! We have taken extreme measures to ensure that the installation of snscripteris very smooth and is done with minimum hassles. All you need to do is input the database information and correct paths for certain areas and you are ready to go in matter of minutes. Puristically it takes only about 3-5 mins to install the system. We have defined a system that is not only simple to install but is also very simple to customize. All code base is thoroughly documented helping you customize the site in matter of minutes. Help is available through our community forums all the time.

We would be offering complete sources to the system except the licence file - which is thoroughly encrypted for obvious reasons.

Yes - we plan to constantly update the system and at this moment the updates would be available for free to all. There are several things that are planned which can be seen in What's cooking? section.

Currently we offer the system in only one language that is English. We will definitely add languages in future.

Yes - as any software would require we have a basic server requirements that need to be full-filled in order to have the software running currently. We have dedicated a special page for those and can be accessed by clicking here. Yes you can - however we have put the software on beta - information about which you can find out from our demonstration page. Please note that the software will be available for purchase in March 2009.

In normal circumstances - the installation of snscripter is very fairly simple to achieve and you would not require our help to do that. However under certain circumstances where in you are not able to install due to certain reasons - we do offer help over installations. This is a paid service and can be availed for just $30 USD. Yes - we would be glad to help - however since these would be treated as separate requests - this is a charged service. We offer a customization service for all your customizations and our developers would be more than happy to help you customize the site and run it successfully. No - snscripter can be installed on any server - either dedicated OR shared - even Windows. As long as the server requirements are met - there would not be any issue with any hosting provider you might want to choose.

Yes - we certainly do. If you anticipate heavy traffic on your website - we recommend the MydedicatedServer located here. They have servers which are terrific and fast - pricing is extremely modest and snscripter runs smoothly on these servers - its a tried and tested system. If your traffic requirements are moderate - we recommend you to consider MyDediHost which is located here. We have tried and tested snscripter on both the services and we have found that things work smoothly.

Webmail plugin for snscripter - has found new home here - Unfortunately it is not available as a part of the core system - however you can buy it off and follow simple upgrade instructions to make your snscripter enabled with webmail!
